Your body is your main tool for living, creating, enjoying, and progressing. It was designed to move, not to be stagnant. When you choose to train, you're not just working on your physical body: you're strengthening your character, your energy, and your discipline. You don't need to train for hours or be an elite athlete. You need commitment, consistency, and determination. Go for a walk, lift weights, run, dance, stretch… but do something.
